DEFINITION OF EVENTS & REQUIREMENTS


LOCAL EVENT

   Definition: This event is mainly amateur. A great way to introduce new people to the sport.

   Requirements: Head Referee -Level 1

   No sanctioning requirements for classes.


SANCTION EVENT

   Definition: This event is sanctioned by your PROVINCIAL Association.

   Requirements: Head Referee -Level 2, Second Referee - Level 1

   Sanctioned C.A.W.F. Classes


CIRCUIT SANCTION AND PROVINCIAL EVENT

   Definition: This event is sanctioned by your PROVINCIAL Association

and the CAWF. Pullers can accumulate points for the CAWF Puller of the Year Award.    Requirements: Head Referee - Level 3, Second Referee - Level 1 or 2

    Sanctioned C.A.W.F. Classes

   Arm Wrestler must Participate at 1 circuit to pull the PROVINCIAL

   Arm Wrestler must Participate at PROVINCIAL to pull NATIONAL


CANADIAN NATIONAL EVENT

   Definition: This event is a sanctioned by the C.A.W.F. and is a qualifier for the World Championship.

   Requirements: Master for Head Referee, Level 3 for Second Referee

   Sanctioned C.A.W.F. classes

   Puller must have participated at the Nationals and won 1st or 2nd place to be part of TEAM CANADA.

Note: if 1st and 2nd are not available then we will go to 3rd, etc...
